Enthält: Am Beginn des Rechtsstreits zwischen Wilhelm Brewer und den Erben des Quirin Bergerhausen, der sich offensichtlich um eine Zahlungsforderung dreht, steht eine Verfahrensfrage. Auf die gegen ihn am 17.10. erhobene (nicht näher ausgeführte) Klage ("übergebene proposition etc.") erklärt Wilhelm Brewer, nicht eher antworten zu wollen, bis die Kläger eine entsprechende Kaution, den Prozess auch wirklich und mit allen Kosten führen zu wollen ("pro futuro judicato et litis expensis"), gestellt und einen Ort für die Zustellung der Schriftstücke benannt hätten. Auf die Replik der Erben Bergerhausen hin, in der sie anscheinend eine Gegenklage ("Reconvention") akzeptieren wollten, besteht er auf seinen Zahlungsbedingungen: dass nämlich seine "reservierten" Posten bei der Schuldenaufstellung ("constitutio liquidi") berücksichtigt werden müssten, und verweist auf seine vorige Eingabe.

When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person.
