Sachakte
Unter Vermittlung von Sattler Georg Thomas Gaupp, ein Vetter des Müllers, hatten Christian Mühlschlegel und Maria Katharina Wagenseil am 5. Oktober 1750 geheiratet. Mühlschlegel war Witwer. Im darauf folgenden Jahr wurde die Ehescheidung vom Vater der Ehefrau beantragt, da Mühlschlegel falsche Angaben über sein Vermögen gemacht hatte. Als Rechtsvertreter beauftragte er Georg Thomas Gaupp, dem dann allerdings ein Verhältnis mit Maria Katharina angelastet wurde. Aus dem Scheidungsprozess wurde ein Ehebruchsprozess im Verlauf dessen Gaupp sogar aus dem Handwerk ausgeschlossen wurde (vgl. folgende Nr. 736, Q 15).

When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
