Mainz und des Domkapitels für die Verschreibung des Wittums seiner Ehefrau Else v. Kronberg, Tochter des verstorbenen Frank, in Höhe von 2000 Gulden auf das Dorf Eschelbach einholen wolle, wofür er Eberhard Schenk v. Erbach zur Geisel setzt. Für den Fall der Mahnung durch Johann Brendel v. Homburg und Johann v. Reifenberg verpflichte er sich und Eberhard zum Einlager in Oppenheim
