Identifikation (Urkunde): Originaldatierung: Dominica die, qua cantatur in ecclesia die quadragesimali oculi mei semper.
Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Gesa von Bodenhausen (Budenhusin), Äbtissin des Berges sancti Cyriaci zu Eschwege (Esschinwege), belehnt die Ritter Eckhard von Röhrenfurth (Rorinforte) und Hermann (II.) Rydesil und Margarete, Herrn Hermanns Hausfrau, mit der Kemenate zu Berneburg (Berneborg) und mit dem Siedelhof und den Gütern, die dazu gehören, Holz, Feld, Wasser und Weide, wie es Hermann von Berneburg der Junge, des Fritz von Berneburg selbiger Sohn, zu Lehen hatte, nämlich mit einer Hube Landes, gelegen ?kein? Hibetal, die der Blinde von dem Stift zu Lehen hatte. Sie sollen davon jährlich 50 Groschen Erbzins geben - von denen 3 einen ?behemschen? ausmachen - und sollen das Lehen empfangen, so soft es sich ?vorsterbid?
