Bestandsbeschreibung: Die GFPF wurde 1950 als "Gesellschaft zur Förderung pädagogischer Tatsachenforschung und weiterführender pädagogischer Studien" gegründet. Ein wesentlicher Zweck ihrer Arbeit war es, die Hochschule für internationale Pädagogische Forschung und später das DIPF durch die Veranstaltung von wissenschaftlichen Tagungen, die Förderung von Forschungsprojekten und die Veröffentlichung von Forschungsergebnissen zu unterstützen. Zwischen der Gesellschaft und dem DIPF bestanden enge personelle Verflechtungen; die Geschäfte wurden stets von einem Mitarbeiter des Instituts geführt. Seit 1977 verliehen DIPF und GFPF gemeinsam den ”Erich-Hylla-Preis“ an Personen, die sich in hervorragender Weise um Bildung, Wissenschaft und Erziehung in Forschung oder Praxis verdient gemacht haben. Auf Antrag des Vorstands wurde die GFPF auf einer Mitgliederversammlung am 28. Juni 2019 aufgelöst.
Der rudimentäre Bestand enthält vor allem Unterlagen aus den späten 1950er und aus den 1960er Jahren, die von Johann Peter Ruppert, Abteilungsleiter am DIPF und Geschäftsführer der GFPF bis 1969, hinterlassen wurden.
The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
