Regest: Schultheiss und Gemeinderäte zu Metzingen OA Urach bezeugen: Maria Benedikta Riethmüller, die sich in Reutlingen ehelich niederlassen will, ist als eheliche Tochter des Joh. Christof Riethmüller, Zeugmachers, und der Maria Benedikta geb. Jud den 6. Februar 1799 geboren und getauft worden. Ausser einem Vergehen hat sie einen sonst recht guten Wandel geführt. Sie besitzt ein grossväterliches Vermögen, welches in pflegschaftl. Verwaltung steht, von 130 fl. Ihr eigen erspartes Vermögen, das in der privaten Verwaltung des Pflegers Jacob Auer steht, beläuft sich auf 150 fl ohne Einrechnung ihres Betts, Leinwand und Kleider. Auf Absterben ihres Vaters wird sie noch etwas erben, was aber noch nicht bestimmt werden kann.
