Sie sollen den Schaden, den er mit ungefähr 2 Morgen angibt, wieder gut machen und die Kosten erstatten ("reparationem damni cum expensis"). Die Frauen werden einzeln angehört. Elisabeth Reuthers will nur dieses eine Mal im Gymnicher Broich gewesen sein. Gertraudt Hundtgen hingegen gibt zu, dass sie mit den anderen auch am letzten Mittwoch ("Guddestag") dort Gras geschnitten habe. Sie denunziert darüber hinaus noch Jacob Scheuyens Magd, die ebenfalls dabei gewesen sein soll. Michael Baums Frau bestreitet jedoch den Vorwurf. Sie habe allenfalls ab und zu zum Kochen "muss" (= Moos) im Wald gepflückt, aber kein Gras abgeschnitten. Auch Maria Juens, Peter Mellers Dienstmagd, gibt ihre Beteiligung an dem Frevel zu. Das Gericht verurteilt die Frauen, sich wegen des Schadens mit den Gymnichern zu vergleichen. Wenn sie noch einmal bei einer solchen Tat ertappt würden ("bey fernerem betrettungsfahl"), drohe ihnen der Pranger ("(sie) mit dem Pranger bestraft werden sollen").

When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person.
