Enthält: Gerichtsschreiber zu Kerpen Bertram Hillbrandt benachrichtigt den Amtsverwalter von Lechenich und Vogt von Liblar, Henrich Keyenberg davon, dass am selben Tag einige Leute von Brühl [verbessert aus "Liblar"] nach Kerpen kamen und ein Kind zur Witwe Hansonis brachten mit der Begründung, einer ihrer Arbeiter sei der Vater. Dieser betonte aber seine Unschuld. So habe man sie samt noch einer Frau und eines Mannes aus Kerpen in Haft genommen - um zu ermitteln. Sie seien aber entwichen und nach Gymnich ins Oberdorf [das zum Landberichtsbezirk Lechenich gehörte] geflohen. Sie wollten dort bleiben, bis der Amtmann anderes befehlen würde. Daher bittet Hillbrandt diesen, sie erstens anzuweisen, das Kind wieder mitzunehmen, und zweitens zu veranlassen, dass sie "ad locum" des Arrests zurückkehren sollen, wie es von Rechts wegen gebühre. Der Amtsverwalter erteilt noch am gleichen Tag den entsprechenden Befehl.
