Enthält: Das Kloster St. Ignatius in Köln bittet, sowohl gegen Dederich Kroich als auch gegen Herrn Schiffer, gegen die bereits etliche Zeit vorher die Immission der Unterpfänder erklärt worden war, die bisher wegen Zahlungsbeteuerungen der Schuldner aufgeschobenen weiteren Verfahrensschritte durchzuführen. Dederich Kroich soll noch einmal geladen werden, die Immission anzuhören ("Citationem ad videndum immitti zu erkennen") und das Weitere ohne erneute Ladung abzuwarten. In der Sache gegen Schiffer soll die Schätzung der Unterpfänder eingeleitet werden ("Citationem ad primam ad videndum taxari hypothecam").
