Die Sache steht im Zusammenhang mit weiteren Auseinandersetzungen, die der kurfürstliche Beamte mit dem Kerpener Gericht und insbesondere dem Gerichtsschreiber hat ("und wan (das Gericht) dem Gerichtsschreiber zu gefallen sich selbsten Schaden und Handell auff den Halß laden wollen, ein solches wirdt sich mit der Zeit ausweisen"). Er erinnert daran, dass er "umb boose Mauler zu stoppen", eingewilligt habe, 8 Rtlr für seinen Diener und dessen Frau bei dem Schöffen Jaixen zu hinterlegen. Jaixen habe ihm aber 16 Rtlr, 12 Rtlr Lohn und 4 Rtlr Unkosten, abverlangt ("abkürzet"). Das hielt Tondi aber für unangemessen, zumal das Ehepaar ein viertel Jahr vor der Zeit wegen der Schwangerschaft der Frau den Dienst verließen ("aus der Hewr gangen"). Tondi wehrt sich auch gegen die 7 1/2 Goldgulden Brüchtenstrafe ("vogends Brüchtenbrauch"), die er "wegen der gepflechter Leichtferticheit" zahlen soll. Er fordert Genugtuung und droht, sich widrigenfalls an die hohe Obrigkeit zu wenden.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person.
