Regest: 1716 Juni 18 Vor Jacob Gourtt, Gnehlen Goertz und Tewiß Recken, Schöffen, und Ilbert Greven, Gerichtsschreiber des Amts Oedt, bekennen Girtruidt Kupers, Witwe des Jacob Bischoffs, sowie Paulus Schmitz und Johan Bischoffs, Vormünder ihrer Kinder Agnes, Catharina, Anna, Christina und Elisabeth, den Eheleuten Jacob Kepkes u. Trientgen Heimer 700 Taler kempisch schuldig zu sein. Von dieser Summe sind 550 Taler an Girtruid Dulcks, Tochter der † Eheleute Johan Adolph Dulcks und Trientgen Kupers, als Kindteil und 150 Taler an Meviß Kupers und Crien Remboldts als Zinsen für eine Forderung im November 1714 gezahlt worden. Die Schuldner versprechen pünktliche Zahlung der Zinsen und setzen zum Unterpfand das Kupershaus mit Zubehör, gelegen zwischen Peter Bermes und Paulus Blawertz [in Oedt]. Unterschrift des Gerichtsschreibers.
