Das Forstamt Homberg an der Ohm wurde im Jahr 2005 im Rahmen der Verwaltungsreform aufgelöst.
Teile des ehemaligen Forstamts Homberg (Ohm) bilden nach der Umwandlung der Hessischen Landesforstverwaltung in den Landesbetrieb Hessen-Forst im Jahr 2001 das Forstrevier Nr. 274 Homberg (Ohm) des Forstamts Romrod.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings.
