Regest: Hans Jakob Viechmann und Dietrich und Ursula Sterneberg sowie deren Vormünder Henrich Sterneberg und Jasper Ahagen, Bürger und Bäcker in Warendorf, verkaufen Heinrich Roelves und seinem Vormund Arnold Heckmann ihr Haus mit dem Hof an der Brünebrede beim Haus der Witwe Sommersell und an der Kurzen Straße, die von der Brünebrede zur Oststraße läuft, bei Hartlieb Heßelings Haus, und die zwei zum Haus gehörenden Bäckeramtsbänke in der Alten Kirche für 530 Reichstaler, die zu verschiedenen genannten Terminen gezahlt werden. Das Haus ist belastet mit je 1 Goldgulden für das Domkapitel und die Minoriten in Münster. Der in dem verkauften Haus wohnende Schwager bzw. Vater Christian Sterneberg kann für ein halbes Jahr in dem Haus des Käufers am Markt wohnen oder er erhält dafür 10 Reichstaler. Geschehen im Haus des Henrich Sterneberg an der Freckenhorster Straße in der Küche. Zeugen: Richter Werner Pagenstecher und Bürger und Baumseidenmacher Heinrich Westheide.
