Enthält u.a.: Gutshaus Leppin (10 km NW von Woldegk) Zweigeschossiger, 13-achsiger kompakter schlossartiger Putzbau mit Satteldach im Stil der Tudorneogotik von 1850 auf älterer Grundsubstanz von etwa 1750 mit einem 3-achsigen Mittelrisaliten mit Frontspitz, Stebepfeilern und Fialen. Eine zweiseitige Auffahrt führt zum Eingang mit Vorhalle und kleiner Terrasse. Im Halbbogen angebaut sind zwei eingeschossige, 9-achsige Seitentrakte mit Satteldach, Treppengiebeln, Bekrönungen, fialen und Spitzgauben. Rechts ein Terrassenanbau. Hinten ein Landschaftspark. An der Rückfront ein breiter überdachter Terrassenteil mit Arkaden darunter. Im Umfeld eine große Remise und genutzte Stallungen. August Friedrich Eugen von Oertzen (1795-1835) auf Gut Rattey erwarb 1815 Leppin. Ab 1836 geht das Gut an Jasper von Oertzen (1801-1874), ehem. meckl.-schwerin. Staatsminister über. Seine Grabstätte und die des 3. Sohnes befindet sich auf dem Leppiner Friedhof. Das Gut wurde bis 1945 von Familie Kolbe bewirtschaftet, dann Lehrlingswohnheim. Seit 1994 in Besitz des Unternehmers Michael Scheidt aus Westfalen, der es saniert hat und bewohnt. Das Gutsgelände ist nicht öffentlich zugänglich.
