Enthält: Im Jahre 1540 sind mehrfach Kaufleute aus Hamburg, Lübeck und Münster beraubt worden; münstersche Kaufleute sind im Stift Bremen beim Neuen Krug ermordet worden. Als der Tat verdächtig sind 1541 die Brüder Hans und Herman Hamecke verhaftet und nach Bevergern gebracht; ein anderer Verdächtiger ist in Lübeck in Haft. In der Angelegenheit wechseln die genannten 3 Städte Schreiben; sie fordern vom Bischof von Münster Bestrafung der "Straßenschinder". Diese scheinen aber einen großen Anhang und Fürsprache zu haben, so dass das Verfahren nicht weiter kommt. Namens des Rats in Münster werden die Ratsherren Arnt von Drolshagen und Herman Heerde beim Bischof vorstellig. Erwähnt werden Bastian von Jesse; Hans Günther; Hans Borchartz; Hans Roepken; Sweder von Reken; Friedrich Wetter; Heine Langen und Liborius Hoppe in Hamburg; Hans Menneman in Lübeck; Dirk Hamecke in Warendorf.
