Johan Everke und Bernhardt zu Geistlen, Bürgermeister, Dietrich Lindenkampff und Johan Schütte, Kämmerer, sowie der Rat der Stadt Beckum (Beckem) verkaufen an Gottfried Droste, Kanoniker und Bursar am Dom zu Münster, zu Gunsten der Burse 30 Reichstaler jährliche Rente zahlbar auf Maria Verkündigung (März 25) für 500 Reichstaler. Die Rente ist fällig aus Flüchter und Saurman Kirchspiel Vellern, Rundeltappe Kirchspiel Beckum und aus den sonstigen Stadteinkünften. Bürgen: Berndt Geistlen und Herman Schütte, Ratsfreunde und Bürger zu Beckum. Ablösevorbehalt für die Verkäufer am Fälligkeitstermin mit halbjährlicher Vorankündigung. Ankündigung des Stadtsiegels.
