Anlagen in Abschrift: 1) Vor dem Offizial verkaufen am 3. 3. 1608 die Eheleute Johan Melschede und Anna Jonas dem Domherrn Henrich Ledebaur in behuf seines minderjährigen Sohnes Henrich Ledebaur und dessen Mutter Elsabe von Soest ihr Haus an der Hollenbeckerstraße zwischen Häusern des Henrich Schriver und der Mutter Holthausen. Mitverkauft ist eine Kirchenbank in der Liebfrauenkirche zwischen Stätten des verstorbenen Johan Venneman und des Dieterich Recker zu Überwasser. Vertrag ist mitunterschrieben von Erasmus und Anna Otterstedde. 2) Am Abend Simonis et Judae ap. 1593 verkauft vor dem Offizial die Witwe M. Henrich Holthaus geb. Anna Hassinck im Beistande ihres Munbars [Vormund] M. Henrich Billich für sich und ihre Kinder a) Elsken, Witwe Herman Mumme, b) Anna, Frau Henrich zur Floitt, dem Johan Aldrup und seiner Frau Margarete ihr Haus zwischen ihrem kleinen Hause und dem des Brauers Johan Venneman an der Hollenbeckerstraße. Sie verpfändet ihren Kamp vor dem Joddefelder (Jüdefelder) Tor am Esch zwischen dem Weg nach Greven und dem Kamp des Gerdt Listige.
