Vor dem Notar Hermann zur Wellen beurkunden Nicolaus Loiff, Amtmann von Gesmold (Geßmell), und seine Ehefrau Anna Stempel dem Johan Maus (Meußgeng), Kaufmann und Bürger von Osnabrück, 200 Reichstaler schuldig zu sein und leihen von ihm 300 weitere Reichstaler. Er erhält im Gegenzug einen Rentbrief (Gultbrieff) über 500 Reichstaler mit 30 Taler jährlicher Rente, der auf Domdechant, Kapitel, Landdrost, Ritterschaft des Stifts, Bürgermeister und Rat der Stadt Osnabrück ausgestellt ist (Anfang und Ende hier inseriert) vom 8.5.1604, den Anna als Brautschatz (in dotem) mit in die Ehe gebracht hat. Der Halbjahresanteil der Rente fällt an Mittfasten (3.3.) des Jahres 1633 zum letzten Mal an die Verkäufer, danach erhalten sie keinerlei Rentzahlung mehr. Ein Widerkaufsrecht wird den Verkäufern eingeräumt; es muss ein halbes Jahr vor Fälligkeit eingefordert werden.
