Forderung nach Arrest auf die Feldfrüchte bei Obligationsschulden
Enthält: Noch unter dem inzwischen verstorbenen Schultheißen Hansonis war an Giell Sieger die gerichtliche Aufforderung ergangen, seine Obligationsschulden aus einem Vertrag mit Henrich Müller über 50 Rtlr, für die er bisher 12 Malter Roggen zu 2 Rtlr, aber nichts weiter bezahlt hatte, abzugleichen. Da nichts geschah, legte Müller im Mai 1673 den Obligationsvertrag als Beweismittel vor und bat, ihm die Winter- und die Sommerfrüchte von Siegers Feldern und den weiteren Nutzen ("Vorzuch") davon zuzuweisen, so lange, bis der Schuldner Kapital, Zinsschulden und entstandene Unkosten gezahlt habe. Da Sieger trotz mehrmaliger Mahnung und Gerichtsbeschluss auch weiterhin den Gläubiger und das Gericht hinhält, bittet Müller im September noch einmal, Recht ergehen zu lassen.
