Enthält: Die Witwe Berthold Bischoping zur Getter geb. Maria Bömcken ist 1623 wieder mit Christian Theben verheiratet und muss daher mit ihren sechs Kindern namens Elisabeth, Frau Andreas Gresemundt in Handorf; Maria, Berta, Gordel Anna, Berthold und Johan schichten. Mutter und Kinder schlagen nun dem Rat nachstehende Personen vor und erheben Einwendungen gegen die von der Gegenseite Vorgeschlagenen: In Vorschlag gebracht werden Heinrich Bömeken, Bruder der Mutter; Grüter Herman Heerde; Johan Kerckering zu Angelmodde; Dr. Bernhard Leisting; Bertold Bisping zum Darl (Haus Dahl b. Wolbeck); Lic. Johan Mensinck; Johan Stevening zum Broich (Haus Brock b. Roxel); Christoffer Travelman zur Maser; Engelbert Roters; Johan Monsterman und Dr. Christoph Clute. Mensing und Clute werden zu Vormündern ernannt. Mit ihnen gerät die Witwe Bischoping in Streit wegen der Vermögensaufnahme (vgl. auch Gerichtsarchiv, Testamente, Nr. 1271). Erwähnt werden Hermann zur Lippe (v.d.Lippe), der 1624 eine der Töchter Bischoping heiratet; Bernard Walterding, Kursor des Weltlichen Hofgerichts; Notar Henrich Uphaus; Christoph Leve; Henrich Veltwisch.
