Enthält: I. Mester Franz, der sich als Arzt ausgibt, sitzt auf Ludgeritor und bekennt, mit dem Wirt, Bäcker und Brauer Hartlef Tegeler in Hamm "in dem witten Perd" und anderswo Unzucht getrieben zu haben. Er wird 1537, Satertag nach conceptionis Mariae in Gegenwart des Berndt van Oir (von Oer), Herman Herde und Berndt Grolle, dann am Freitag nach Luciae in Gegenwart des Kemners Johan Deithart aus Hamm, des Herman Heerde und des Berndt von der Tinnen vernommen. Zeugen der 2. Vernehmung sind: Jasper thon Nienhuis, reitender Diener der Stadt Hamm, und die Gerichtsboten Gordeke Bockeman und Jasper Rockener. Mester Franz, der aus Brabant stammt, wird am 19.2.1537 enthauptet. II. Gleichzeitig wird Jakob van Suelen, ein Wiedertäufer, der ohne Geleit als Diener eines Edelmanns wieder nach Münster gekommen ist, enthauptet. Erwähnt werden Händer Wilhelm Rösters und Sohn Franz aus Dortmund; ferner aus Hamm Schroder Hinrich Hegemann, Gerdt Grotefaden, Wennemar Moerse, Bäckergeselle Franz Boese, Jürgen Glasemecker (Glasmacher).
