Enthält u.a.: Gutshaus Sponholz (5 km SO von Neubrandenburg a. d. B 104) Der Ort war bereits 1544 Hans von Helpte zugehörig. 1608 Claus con Peccatel als Lehe, 1701 Viktor von Oertzen, 1709 Christoph von Kaiserling (russ. Obstlt.), 1742 Johann von Altrock. Dieser ließ 1742-45 das barocke Herrenhaus errichten. 1785 Tausch gegen die herzogliche Domäne Staven. Um 1890 war Sponholz Pachtgut. Das GH ist ein zweigeschossiger Putzbau mit Walmdach und dreigeschossigem wuchtigen Mittelrisaliten, der einen Segmentgiebel mit Frauengestalt trägt. Im Giebel das Wappen der Familie von Altrock (halber preuß. Adler und springender Hund). Das GH steht auf hohem Sockel. Die Fassade zeigt eine Putzquaderung. Zum Eingang mit vorgelagertem Rondell führt eine einläufige Treppe. Am Risaliten zur Parkseite ist im Giebel das Monogramm der Familie von Altrock eingefügt.
