Regest: Vor Bürgermeistern und Rat der Stadt Warendorf verkauft Katharina, Witwe des Johann Wordemann, in Gegenwart ihrer Vormünder Johann Schlichtebrede und Wilhelm Gerlich den Provisoren der Bentheimer Armen, Henrich Kramer und Hinrich Oesthoff, eine jährliche Rente von 2 Reichstaler 11 Schilling und 2 Pfennig für 40 Reichstaler, die aus der Schenkung vom verstorbenen Henrich Pumpe und Rotger Velthuiß stammen und die sie zur Reparatur ihres kleinen, auf dem Hof gelegenen Hauses benötigt. Die Rente wird gezahlt aus ihrem Haus am Alten Kirchhof zwischen den Häusern des Johann von Oer und des Berndt Schade. Es bürgen die genannten Vormünder mit ihren Ehefrauen Gertrud und Anna geb. Wordemann mit ihren Häusern auf der Fleischhauerstraße (Schlichtebrede) neben den Häusern des Bernd Kalthove und des Johann Paschen gen. Jurgens und auf der Oststraße (Gerlich) zwischen den Häusern des Jurgen Huge und des Johann Kunnemeier. Ankündigung des Stadtsekretsiegels.
