Rechnungsbelege werden nur als Auswahl übernommen. Grundsätzlich gilt: Vor 1954 wird alles aufbewahrt, ab 1954 in 5-Jahresschritten, somit: 1954, 1959, 1964, 1969. Wenn in den Zwischenjahren relevante Rechnungen vorlagen, wurden diese entnommen und ebenfalls aufgewahrt. In jedem Jahr selektiert wurden die Gemeindesteuerzugangslisten und -abgangslisten. Bei den Haushaltssatzungen liegen bei den Gemeinden Neulouisendorf, Niedermörmter und Wissel sowie beim Schulverband Kalkar-Hanselaer nur die (Nachtrags-)Satzungen, nicht aber der Schriftverkehr vor (mit Ausnahme Niedermörmter 1963 und Wissel 1969). Die Satzungen dieser Gemeinden stammen aus der Überlieferung der Amtskasse. Die Überlieferung der Kämmerei selbst scheint bei den drei Gemeinden nicht mehr bzw. eben nur noch bruchstückhaft zu existieren.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.

This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.
