Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Das freie Haus zu Schmalkalden [Stadt, Lkr. Schmalkalden-Meiningen] am Schlossberg an dem Haus der 1761 mitbelehnten Ehefrau Johanna Regina, geborener Stiefel, gelegen mit aller Freiheit, Herrlichkeit und allem Zubehör, das ehemals Caspar Dantz innehatte, in der Folge Graf Georg Ernst von Henneberg dem Magister Basilius, Pfarrer zu Schleusingen, verehrt hat, von dem es durch Kauf an den hennebergischen Sekretär Johann Henckel und von diesem an den Amtmann zu Schmalkalden, Johann Steitz den Älteren, gekommen ist, zu Erbrecht. Von Letzterem gelangte das Haus an Hans Keller, von diesem an den Schultheißen Johann Marold, von Marold an Johann Ulrich Grobius, darauf an Johann Christoph Wißler, von diesem an Dr. Johann Juncker und schließlich von Johann Valentin Fuchs und dem Superintendenten von Haxthausen an den 1729 belehnten Johannes Pfingsten, Buchdrucker zu Hersfeld. Danach kam das Lehen an Josias Bochhammer, Bürger und Schneider zu Schmalkalden. Von dem Lehen ist ein jährlicher Erbzins an Michaelis von einem Ort eines Guldens und einem Fastnachtshuhn oder dafür zwei Gnacken in die Renterei zu Schmalkalden entrichten.
