Enthält: (I) D. Balthasar [Käuflin] ist unter Belassung von Wohnung und Gehalt zur Ruhe zu setzen. Der Herzog beabsichtigt, drei Theologieprofessoren zu bestellen. Die Univ. soll Berufungsvorschläge einreichen, wobei schon über D. [Jakob] Heerbrand und D. Dietrich Schnepf gesprochen wurde. M. Hiltebrand ist von der lectio Hebraica weg auf eine andere Lektur zu versetzen. Man sollte Schreckenfuchs von Freiburg gewinnen und inzwischen M. Samuel [Heiland] im Stipendio zu den Locis communibus theologiae das Hebraeum lesen lassen. Die lectiones der Theologen und Artisten kollidieren zum Teil. Es sollten jährlich etliche disputationes, orationes und collationes gehalten werden. Den Professoren und Studenten der Theologie ist in der Kirche ein fester Platz zuzuweisen. (39-41').

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.

In the sources, the persecutee is sometimes referred to as ‘Geschädigter’ (aggrieved party) and the applicant as ‘Anspruchsberechtigter’(claimant).
