Enthält: Propst Engelbert Fransoys, Dechant Wescel Droste, Scholaster Ecbert Byscopinck und das Kapitel von St. Mauritz heben die Bestimmung der Gründungsurkunde der Kapelle des Hospitals am Graben zwischen dem Mauritz- und dem Hörstertor, wonach der Rektor der Kapelle die Einnahmen dem Dechant von St. Mauritz überweisen muß, auf, und sprechen die Einnahmen dem Rektor und den Provisoren des Hospitals zu. Dafür sollen diese jährlich zu Ostern 1 Mark an den Dechant zahlen. Angehängte Siegel: Propst, Dechant, Scholaster und Kapitel von St. Mauritz, Rektor Vranco und Stadt Münster.
