Regest: Heinrich Gottfried Cluesmann, Dechant zu Freckenhorst, als Vormund seines Vettern Georg Anton Cluesmann schließt mit Maria Elisabeth Malt, jetzige Frau des Johann Dietrich Schnap zu Soest folgenden Vertrag: die genannte hatte bei Wiederverheiratung keine Erbauseinandersetzung mit ihrem Sohn Georg Anton Cluesmann aus der Ehe mit dem Leutnant Cluesmann. Daher vergleicht sie sich mit ihm. Er erhält von ihr den Kamp vor dem Freckenhorster Tor am Walgernweg, Donnerschlag genannt, den z.Zt. Christian Leve gepachtet hat. Weiterhin erhält er einen Kamp vor dem Emstor im Arenbeckerweg, der Ackeskamp genannt, einen Eckgarten beim Emstor im Arenbeckerweg zum Niesbrauch auf Lebenszeit. Da auf diese Ländereien 200 Reichstaler Schulden verschrieben sind, übernimmt davon die Mutter 100 Reichstaler für die Abfindung bei Sterneberg, die anderen 100 Reichstaler bringt der Dechant zur Niederschlagung des Trinxschen oder Heßelingschen Prozesses auf.
