Falls Ludwig [IV.] oder Hedwig ohne Leibeserben sterben, soll diese Summe an Württemberg zurückfallen. Beamte und Einwohner von Schloss, Tal und Amt Eppstein sollen bis zur Rückzahlung dem Herzog huldigen. Das Geld ist in Frankfurt oder Worms auszuzahlen
