Enthält: Conradt Mundt trägt dem Gericht seine Bedingungen vor, unter denen er sich mit seiner Schwester Cathrin über die Teilung des elterlichen Erbes abzurechnen und zu vergleichen bereit ist. Zuerst aber beantwortet er den Vorwurf von Cathrin, die sich beklagt hat, dass ihr Dritt-Teil, auf dem sie ihr Haus gebaut hat, zu klein sei ("die zeunen ihr zu nah stett"). Sie habe damals mit Eimett [?] Scheffer das Land abgemessen, als er selbst jedoch nicht dabei war. Nun soll der Landmesser noch einmal messen, "dermit bin ich zu fritten, sonß nitt". Darüber hinaus erklärt er sich bereit, ihr die Hälfte eines Gartens zu überlassen, "wan sei [sie] mich bezalt". Demgegenüber verlangt er aber die Hälfte des Erbes, das Cathrin von der seligen Mutter, der verstorbenen Schwester Marey und dem verstorbenen Bruder hinterlassen bekam, ("dan ich ... bin gein bastatt wittas") [Conradt ist wohl ein Halbbruder]. Wenn sie aber wegen der Teilung doch noch vor Gericht geht, will er sich bezahlt sein lassen mit dem, was sie von ihm und ihren Eltern und Schwester und Bruder erhalten hat sowie mit dem "futters fon dem garden und hauß".

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
