Inhalt: Ritter Hans von Krosigk (Krosyk), Everd von Krosigk, Erich und Hans von Lindow, Jordan von Alsleben und Sopie (Saffighe), dessen Ehefrau, verbürgen sich als sakwoldigen des Ritters Aschwin von Krosigk, Ritter Busse von der Asseburg und Ermbrecht von Seggerde wegen des ihnen von Bischof Ernst und dem Kapitel (Dompropst Albrecht, Dekan Albrecht, Senior Albrecht Schenk) für 450 Mark verpfändeten Schlosses Dumburg, zu welchem 57 Mark und drei Ferding jährlich auf Michaelis gelegt sind, nämlich 37 Mark und 3 Ferding aus dem Dorf Groß Ditfurt, 3 1/2 Mark aus der Stadt Wegeleben, 3 1/2 aus dem Klosterhof zu Adersleben, 2 aus dem Dorf Adersleben, 8 Mark aus den Dörfern Hedersleben, Rodersdorf, Deesdorf, Daldorf, ferner was an Brennholz auf dem Schloss gebraucht wird, aus dem Hakel, und das Dorf Heteborn. Die übrigen Bedingungen wörtlich wie früher.
