Die Rente ist am St. Martinstag (11.11.) aus ihrem Wohnhaus im Kirchspiel St. Lamberti unter den Bögen (vnder den boggen), zwischen den Häusern von Bernd Swerten auf der einen und der Witwe des Johan Werhaken des Jüngeren auf der anderen Seite. Die Verkäufer und Bürgen geloben Währschaft. Eine Ablöse ist für den Kaufpreis möglich, muss aber ein halbes Jahr zuvor angekündigt werden. Der Richter kündigt sein Siegel an.
