Vor Johan Bischopinck, Richter in der Stadt Münster, verkaufen Hermann Bisping (Byspinck), Goderds Sohn, und seine Ehefrau Grete, Bürger zu Münster, dem Gert Hoswinkel (Gerde Hoswinckell) drei Goldgulden jährliche Rente für 60 Goldgulden. Die Rente ist am St. Martinstag (11.11.) aus ihrem Wohnhaus im Kirchspiel St. Lamberti unter den Bögen (vnder den boggen), zwischen den Häusern von Bernd Swerten auf der einen und der Witwe des Johan Werhaken des Jüngeren auf der anderen Seite. Die Verkäufer und Bürgen geloben Währschaft. Eine Ablöse ist für den Kaufpreis möglich, muss aber ein halbes Jahr zuvor angekündigt werden. Der Richter kündigt sein Siegel an.
