Beschreibung: Fotosammlung der Berliner Akademie der Künste von ihrer Gründung 1694/96 durch den Kurfürsten Friedrich III. und späteren König Friedrich I. bis zur Auflösung des Staates Preußen 1945. Die drittälteste europäische Kunstakademie war die längste Zeit ihrer Existenz zugleich Mitglieder-Sozietät und Ausbildungseinrichtung. Darüber hinaus erfüllte der Senat der Akademie die Aufgabe einer Kunstbehörde in Preußen durch Gutachtertätigkeit im Auftrage des Kuratoriums bzw. Kultusministeriums. Die Sammlung besteht aus Mitgliederporträts, Abbildungen der Akademiegebäude, Fotodokumentation der Ausstellungen, Ausstellungsplakaten (zumeist ab 1920) sowie Aufnahmen von Dokumenten aus dem Archiv der Preußischen Akademie der Künste. .

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
