s. Beschreibung des GesamtbestandsVor April 1938 übergab Oberstleutnant Friedrich Karl von Loeffelholz (1870-1948) das Archiv der von Johann Friedrich I. (1587-1640) ausgehenden Linie den Städtischen Kunstsammlungen, die sie 1940 zuständigkeitshalber an das StadtAN weitergaben. Urkunden, Akten und Amtsbücher wurden 1952 als Bestand formiert und verzeichnet, die dazu gehörende Porträtsammlung wurde in den 1960er Jahren separiert (heute Teilbestand E 17/II). 2006 wurden die Urkunden als Teilbestand E 17/IV formiert.2006 Datenbankerfassung einschließlich der 2003 verzeichneten Nachträge. Verloren gegangene Archivalien sind im maschinenschriftlichen Findbuch von 1952 aufgeführt (S. 163 f.).

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
