Der Anwalt von Mülheims fordert daher, ein gerichtliches Verbot der Teilung oder Veräußerung ("de non dividendo minus alienando") zu verhängen und, unter Strafe der Immission, einen Zahlungstermin festzusetzen. (Anscheinend zahlen die Beklagten nicht, denn) mit dem Dekret vom 4.12.1725 wird den Klägern die Einweisung in die Unterpfänder zugestanden.
