Anlage in Abschrift: Henrich Droste zum Hülshoffe verkauft dem Henrich Sohns und dem Bernard Mensman als Provisioren der domus mariana sein Haus nebst Gehöft, Wiese und Grund im Liebfrauenkirchspiel auf dem Honekamp, an die Aa schießend. Käufer übernehmen alle Lasten, Schatzungen, Freistuhl- und Godingsfolgen, die auf dem Gut Schonebeck im Kirchspiel Roxel ruhen. Der Vertrag wird abgeschlossen vor dem Offizial vor dem Offizial in der Wohnung des Godeke zur Mollen in Telgte am 9. Oktober 1631 in Gegenwart der Zeugen Johan Schotteler und Philipp Oestendorff, Notaren und Siegelkammerdienern.
