Außerdem wird der Klägerin auferlegt, ebenfalls einen Wohnsitz im Gerichtsbann von Kerpen anzugeben. Darüber hinaus soll der Schultheiß der Herrschaft Frens, woher die Klägerin offenbar stammt, schriftlich benachrichtigt und auch künftig ersucht werden, "ob er was dabey zu erinnern habe". Am 9.2.1734 werden die Beteiligten auf den 23.2. geladen. Die dabei verhängte Brüchtenstrafe samt den Gerichtskosten bleiben die Beklagten Heller und namentlich sein Gefährte Maltzkorn schuldig, so dass mit einer kurzen Frist am 16.3. die Exekution der Strafe befohlen wird. (Am 22.3. bestätigt der Schultheiß von Frens, J.W. Vincken das Dekret). Schließlich dringt der fiskalische Anwalt auf die Publikation des Richterspruchs, d. h. auf einen Abschluss des Verfahrens, ohne Rücksicht auf die vom Beklagten Heller angekündigte erneute Eingabe ("Handlung"), auch wenn sie die dem Vernehmen nach die von der Klägerin geforderte Verzichtleistung ("Renunciation") enthalte.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number.
