Vorwort: E Rep. 061-33 Nachlass Jean Lulvés
1. Biographie
Dr. Jean Erneste Henri Lulvés wurde am 16. März 1866 als Sohn des Kunstmalers Jean Lulvés und der Catherine Ernestine, geb. Wolff, in Berlin geboren. Nach seinem Studium war er als königlicher Archivar tätig. Am 5. April 1905 heiratete er die Witwe Sophie Bertha Ida Behrend, geb. Hauer, in Hamburg. Nach langjährigem Zerwürfnis wurde die Ehe 1927 geschieden. Jean Lulvés arbeitete in den 1920er Jahren u.a. als Staatsarchivrat im GStA, Historiker und Genealoge, er starb 1928 in Berlin.
2. Bestandsbeschreibung
Die Unterlagen befanden sich unter Akten, die 1963 von der Kriegsverlagerung aus Polen an das Stadtarchiv Berlin zurückgeführt worden waren.
Der Bestand wurde 2018 von Ann-Kathrin Höhler im Rahmen der Ausbildung zur Archivinspektoranwärterin erschlossen und umfasst 8 Archivalieneinheiten mit einer Laufzeit von 1898-1943. Er enthält Unterlagen über die Trennung von seiner Frau Sophie und die Scheidung (Heiratsurkunde, Briefe, Sühneversuche, Schreiben der Rechtsanwälte, Unterlassungsanzeigen, Unterhaltsangelegenheiten), Unterlagen zur Klagesache wegen übler Nachrede und Beleidigung sowie eine Druckschrift über die Ausstellung des Vereins Berliner Künstler (um 1900).
The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.
