Unter einem mit verschiedenen Türmen und Bauten bekrönten Dreibogen in der Mitte Kniebild Kaiser Friedrichs I. mit Krone, in der Linken den Reichsapfel und in der erhobenen Rechten den Lilienstab haltend. Links seitliches Halbbild des Erfurter Vogtes, Graf Erwin II. von Tonna und Gleichen (?), das geschulterte Schwert in der Rechten haltend. Rechts seitliches Halbbild der gekrönten Königin. Zwischen zwei Zierkreisen Umschrift im Uhrzeigersinn, rechts oben beginnend: [Kreuz. F]RIDE[RICVS REX].
