Enthält: Simon Hellendall protestiert gegen den der Witwe Thoirs zuerkannten Umschlag, weil die von der Witwe Thoirs dem Gericht vorgelegten Kopien gegen Schloßer nicht beweiskräftig seien, weil ihre Begründung auf ein beigeschriebenes Annexum nicht anzuerkennen sei, weil er seine Güter von seinen Voreltern ererbt habe und diese schon etwa 100 Jahre in ruhigem Familienbesitz seien und er weder teilweise noch ganz ein Unterpfand besitze, weil nicht zu beweisen ist, daß für das Gut jemals einer namens Herpenstein zuständig gewesen sei, der das Gut hätte belasten können, auch haben er und seine Voreltern die seit 1525 geforderten 18 Weißpfennige nie gezahlt. Bittet, ihn "von dieser übell instituirter action zu absolviren" und der Witwe Thoirs die Gerichtskosten aufzubürden.
