Regest: Richter und Schöffen zu Kalkar bekunden, dass Henrick Kelwalt und seine Frau Alit ihres Seelenheils wegen dem Armenhof zu Kalkar ihre Zinsen aus den „coilhaeven“ (Gärten) gen. „op gehen Wye“ zwischen dem Damm am Stadtbruch vermacht haben. Das Land war vor langen Jahren von Aelbert Mys an Ott Oemen ausgetan gewesen, danach hatte dessen Sohn Johann Oem es innegehabt. Personennamen: Heym v.d. Haige, Styn v.d. Maisen, Johann Huge Keseken, Claes opgen Birgel und sein Sohn Tys, Gerrit onder den Elßen und Gerit Ridder, Joh. van Bienen, Wilh. Klapheck, Riquyn Verwer, Gerit Klapheck, Gadert angen Yseren, Derick van Wetten, Jongh Thomis v.d. Grave, Derick Krouwel, Henrick Aldemarck, Lambert van Arnhem, Alart Buesels, Henr. Kelwalt, Joh. v.d. Grave, Henr. Jongerjan, Buelken v.d. Haige, Henr. V.d. Berge, Lysken Leuwers, Henr. v.d. Birgel, Sohnm des vorgen. Claes v.d.B., Mechthild v.d. Grave und Derick v.d. Birgel. Ein 2. Garten ist als am Mondick gelegen bezeichnet und in der Hand des Ritters Roblian van Voshem und dessen Geirloch v. Voshem. Auf die Schenkung bezüglich ist folgende inserierte Urkunde: 1435 c.a Juli 22 (umbtrint s. Mar. Magd.) Vor den Schöffen zu Altkalkar klagt Henrick Kelwalt gegen Johann v.d. Bongart, Bürger zu Wesel, wegen seit 28 Jahren rückständiger Zinsen aus den Gärten op den Wye im Gericht Altkalkar usw.
