Regest: Michel Schwan von Schorndorf hat nach der Folterung angezeigt, der von Costentz (Konstanz) habe gesagt: "Wir wollen einander hauen," sobald er den Entleibten ersehen hatte.
Alle haben auf den Entleibten geschlagen, und Michel habe ihn erstochen (= ?), und habe keiner Frieden gemacht.
Matheis Wirtenberger von Costentz hat bekannt, darein geschlagen, auch den Schrei getan zu haben: "Wir wollen einander hauen, dass die Lumpen davonfallen."
Caspar Gaulyss von Zyla sagt, er habe Frieden geschrien und darauf eingesteckt, aber es habe niemand Frieden halten wollen. Da habe er auch auf den Entleibten geschlagen, habe auch Lust(?) zu ihm gehabt.
