Enthält: Vor dem Offizial, geistlichen Richter des Hofes zu Münster, erscheinen Hans Jürgens und seine Frau Merrie, Bürger zu Münster, und verkaufen an Hynrich Moderson d. A. und Hynrich Moderson d. J., Provisoren der Speckpröven Ludgeri in Münster, eine erbliche jährliche Rente von 1 schw. overl. rhein. Goldgulden für 20 Goldgulden. Die Rente ist jährlich zahlbar auf Martini (November 11) aus ihrem Haus und Hof[1] im Kirchspiel St. Martini auf der Mauritzstraße zwischen dem Haus genant der Aschen, gehörig dem Jacob von der Tynnen und dem Haus des Dyrick Sickman. Die Verkäufer sowie Johan Pael und Sweder Mundes geloben Bezahlung und Währschaft. Ablösevorbehalt für die Verkäufer am Fälligkeitstermin mit halbjähriger Vorankündigung. Siegelankündigung des Offizials. Zeugen: Bernhard Rupe und Tyman Syckman, Diener des Hofes. Ausf., Perg. 29,5 x 20 cm; Siegel des Offizials anhängend. Rückvermerk: Inhaltsvermerk (17. Jh.).
