Enthält: Sie haben im Jahre 1620 vor Notar Ludewich Rummel einen Ehevertrag geschlossen. Ehe kinderlos. Der Mann hat eine Hofbesitzung im Ksp. Sendenhorst an der Sandtstraße. Mutter des Mannes lebt noch. Er hat 4 Schwestern, die jüngste ist Barbara. Als Erben setzt er seine Frau ein, als Nacherben Karl Wilhelm oder Anna Elisabeth, Kinder seines + Bruders Wilhelm Wulffert, ersatzweise Bernhard Vinhagen, den Sohn seiner Frau, und weiterhin ersatzweise Albrecht, den Sohn des Albrecht Wulffert, des Bruders seines Vaters. Vermächtnisse erhält seine jüngste Schwester Barbara Wulffert. - Das Vermögen der Frau soll auf ihren Sohn Bernard Vinhagen, evtl. auch auf ihre Geschwister Johan, Henrich, Engele und Anna zur Eick übergehen.
