Enthält: Der Palazzo beherbergte zwischen Mai 1892 und April 1894 die "Esposizione Permanente delle belle arti" (s. Foto Nr. 023_007). Nachdem das Gebäude zwischenzeitlich die "Brasserie Internationale" beherbergt, wie das Foto zeigt, wurde im Jahr 1897 an seiner Stelle das Hotel 'Bellevue au lac' (Eröffnung 1898) errichtet.
