Enthält: Vor den Schöffen von Erkelenz (Joannes Haen und Martinus a Genaspen) bekennt Mattheis Meier zu Mennekrath (Mennickrae) für sich und seine Frau Margriett, an Druide, Witwe Jan Schruedens von Venrath (Venrae), eine jährliche Erbrente von 6 % (ein ort) SilbeReichstaler , den Taler zu 2 Gulden 4 Albus gerechnet, schuldig zu sein, zahlbar Remigii [ 1 . Okt . ] . Als Unterpfand sind gesetzt 3 Morgen Ackerland an der Voessen Kuelen, gelegen seitlich neben Land von Peter v . Zevell und Hein Buschkens sowie an den Enden bei Peter Muiser und dem von Mennekrath nach Etgenbusch (Ae-) gehenden Weg, dazu weitere 2 1/z Morgen an der Langer Hegken, gelegen seitlich neben Gerhardt Hollender und Peter Palantz Erben sowie an den Enden bei Peter v . Zevell. Die Ablöse erfolgt mit 100 SilbeReichstaler und einer zusätzlichen Jahresrente.
