Enthält: Dietrich Kroch bleibt dem Kloster St. Ignatius die Pensionen aus einer Jahresrente von 5 Rtlr schuldig, für die er im Jahr 1664 eine Hypothek über 100 Rtlr bei dem genannten Kloster aufgenommen hatte, insgesamt 31 Rtlr 2 Gulden 15 Albus. Die Vorsteherin des Konvents, Maria Wipperführth, bittet im Juni 1683 das Gericht, ihr zum Erhalt der Unterpfänder in der Herrschaft Kerpen zu verhelfen. Dazu bevollmächtigt sie Nicolaus Greiff aus Köln. Bis zum April 1684 ist noch nichts geschehen, außer dass Unkosten von 47 Rtlr 10 Albus 4 Hellern durch die Reisen des Bevollmächtigten und die Gerichtstermine entstanden sind. Außerdem ist ein neuer, gleichartiger Fall hinzugekommen. Das Kloster beansprucht jetzt auch die Unterpfänder von Johann Voller und bittet das Gericht um Rechtshilfe.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person.
