Regest: Die Eheleute Johann Bonenkamp und Anna Modeweg und die Eheleute Georg Heisterkamp und Engel Bonenkamp verkaufen den Eheleuten Stephan Bonenkamp und Ursula Ruepe (?), alle Erben des verstorbenen Everd Bonenkamp, ein Haus an der Oststraße zwischen den Häusern des Dietrich Brüggemann und der Witwe Berlemeyerund einen Garten vor dem Osttor zwischen dem Breiten Weg und der Spliethoverstraße hinter Daniel Rolefs Garten. Zu diesem Haus gehören eine Grabstätte auf dem Alten Kirchhof in der Nähe der Treppe zu Valweirers hinab und eine Frauenbankstätte in der Alten Kirche vor dem St. Annen-Altar in der 4. Bank, die dritte zwischen Wipperfeld und einer weiteren der Verkäufer, weiter gehört dazu ein Brunnenrecht. Alles dies und was im Haus nagelfest ist, wird mitverkauft für eine Gesamtsumme von 190 Reichstaler. Notariatsinstrument des Hermann Mosellage.
