Vor dem Offizial am Hof zu Münster übertragen Johan Trippenmachen (tryppenmaker), genannt Brockhagen, und Johan Bamengert, wohnhaft in der Dompropstei (domprouestye) Münster, als Testamentsvollstrecker des verstorbenen Kanonikers von St. Ludger in Münster, Johannes Prenger, dem Johannes Hövel (houell), Priester, Vikar und Rektor des Dreikönig-Altars in der Hl.-Kreuz-Kapelle in Stromberg einen Rentbrief über 1 Rheinischen Gulden, den Prenger dieser Kapelle und dem Altar in seinem Testament vermacht hat. Die Haupturkunde wurde vor Meister Joest van dem Hove, Richter in der Stadt Dülmen, am 20.01.1518 (Gudensdach na agnetis virginis) ausgestellt: In ihr verkaufen Johan Zumbrink (ton Brincke), Bürger zu Dülmen, und seine Ehefrau Agatha dem Johannes Prenger eine jährliche an Purificatio Marie (2.2.) zu leistende Rente über 1 Rheinischen Gulden für 20 Gulden der selben Währung. Der Richter kündigt das Hofsiegel an.
