Fallbeschreibung: Kl. hat den Bekl. in dessen Prozessen (Nr. 0086 f.) vor dem Tribunal vertreten, dafür aber noch kein Honorar erhalten, weshalb er seine Forderungen spezifiziert und um ein Mandat bittet, das er am 28.09.1776 erhält. Am 22.11. erklärt der Kl., daß der Bekl. bisher nicht bezahlt habe und bittet um Vollstreckung, das Tribunal weist den Hofgerichtsexekutor Grahl am 23.11.1776 entsprechend an.
